Why a rage room?

CONTROLLED CHAOS. ON PURPOSE.

A rage room (also called a smash room or anger room) is exactly what it sounds like: a safe, controlled space where you put on protective gear and smash the hell out of things. Glasses, plates, monitors, TVs — we supply it, you destroy it.

Great for stress relief, birthdays, breakups, team building, or just a Wednesday when the world is being a bit much. We don't judge. We just hand you the bat.

Coming from further afield? We're around half an hour from Newark and an hour or so from Nottingham, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Skegness, Hull and Peterborough — plenty of people make the trip.

It's not therapy. But it's cheaper, and considerably louder.
